Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your DÔEN pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for a store credit or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Refund Method

Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit with a bonus incentive.

Print and Pack

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original reusable mailer or a box of your choice.

Drop Off

Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
